My background in fmcg marketing and sales provides a solid commercial platform in senior corporate environments and my training in personal branding, along with my own high impact style, has helped develop my ability to unlock permanent behavioural change among my clients.
I am also a qualified NLP practitioner.
A leading international hotel chain, had recently rebranded one of its sub-brands to 5-star and needed to do the same for its staff. I led the senior management team to identify the customer service shortfall, recognise the individual changes required and commit to them. Feedback indicated that the team had been challenged to think differently and had been given the tools to cascade the messages to their own teams.
Presence and Impact
One of UK’s major retail banks needed an influence and impact programme for its senior managers in Scotland. Working with small groups, video playback and peer review were used to help delegates understand the impact they were making and to see first-hand their progress throughout the course. The overall assessment score for the programme was over 90%.
Self-awareness and Personal Brand
A charity for long-term unemployed required support to help job seekers to understand the basic principles of self-awareness and personal branding. Despite initial opposition and some challenging conversations, eight out of twelve of the group went on to find work.
